In a recent video by Yandere Dev, the developer discusses whether or not the small town in Yandere Simulator needs further expansion. Currently, the buildings in the town are non-interactive and can only be seen when cycling to school. No additional work has been done on the town since its introduction over a year ago. However, the stockings in the game are incredibly cute.
For those watching videos or playing games on their computer, there is a keyboard shortcut to switch to full-screen mode. By pressing ALT and ENTER together, you can enter and exit full-screen mode. This mode hides the address bar and other elements, allowing you to focus solely on your content.
There are six masks on the wall behind the set of Yandere Simulator, which are used to conceal the protagonist's identity.
While the developers have primarily focused on newer consoles, efforts have also been made to make Yandere Simulator available for Xbox 360. Yanderes, characters known for their obsessive love and devotion, can be quite scary when their love is threatened or if they feel crossed. YandereDev has acknowledged several oversights in the game that he hopes to fix in the next build.
Now, the question arises: are players willing to wait another year for the final version of Yandere Simulator, or would they prefer the game to exclude the town entirely in order to get their hands on the completed version sooner? It's worth noting that other games similar to Yandere Simulator may not offer the same level of complexity and depth. Additionally, some of the current rooms in the school serve no purpose, making it difficult to understand why a student or player would enter them.
One known bug in the game is that you cannot douse a student during her phone call. YandereDev has suggested the possibility of the protagonist getting a part-time job, which would involve mini-games or memory games to earn money. Alternatively, the protagonist could receive an allowance from her parents, allowing players to decide when and how to spend that money.
So, there are three options to consider: the first is to continue expanding the town, which would take a significant amount of time. The second option is to remove the town entirely and focus on completing the planned features for Yandere's home and the school, along with any additional character additions. This would allow for an earlier release of the beta version. The third option is a compromise, where only one road with interactive shops would be implemented, adding a little something to the development time without the extensive work needed for a full-scale town.
