Oops! There were some bugs in the previous build. I’ve prepared a new update that fixes those issues!
To read a list of everything that has been improved or fixed, please scroll down past this adorable illustration of Amai!
(I legitimately forgot if the artist of this fan art wants to be credited, or prefers to remain anonymous. If they contact me and tell me their preference, I’ll update this post!)
Changes
- After using the mirror in Ayano’s home to customizing Ayano’s hair, it is now possible to revert back to Ayano’s default hair model using a new option in the mirror’s menu.
- Ayano’s new “build-your-own-hairstyle” hair models will now turn blonde if the player chooses to purchase blonde hair dye.
- Ayano’s new hair models now have hair physics.
Note: When Ayano’s new hair models move around due to physics, you may see black polygons clipping through the hair. This issue will be corrected in the future.
Fixes
- If the player put a student into the “kidnapping box” and then used Info-chan’s Services menu to set that student’s reputation below -150, the student would be simultaneously kidnapped and dead at the same time; they would be present in Ayano’s basement, but would also be invisible. This bug has been fixed.
- If the player used Custom Mode to create a student with the “Protective” Persona and a Strength of less than 9, and then that student witnessed the player committing murder, that student would enter a struggle with the player even if the player wasn’t holding a valid weapon. This bug has been fixed.
- When using certain combinations of “Custom Hair” at school, a really obvious gap was visible between the hair models, allowing the player to see the protagonist’s bald head underneath her hair. This issue is now less obvious, but is not completely fixed yet. It’ll be fixed completely in the future.
- If the rival and her suitor had very unlucky timing, it was possible for a suitor to change his shoes and go home before the rival had put a note in his locker, meaning that he’d completely miss his opportunity to have a love confession. This bug has been fixed.
- In Ayano’s home, if the player stood in an extremely specific location (nearby the spot where you can find Ryoba’s note), the camera would teleport to the stairway area. This bug should now be fixed…let me know if it still happens.
- If a student was splashed with water and then attempted to change their footwear from indoor shoes to outdoor shoes, their face texture would change to their uniform texture. This bug has been fixed.
- If a student council member spotted Ayano misbehaving at the exact moment that Ayano was being shoved by a delinquent, that delinquent would slide backwards perpetually. This bug has been fixed.
- If the player entered the Custom Mode menu and used the “Randomize All” feature, it was possible for the game to fail the process of randomizing all students. This bug has been fixed.
- A missing poster for a pink-haired male student was appearing on the “Missing Poster Wall,” even though no such student existed or had gone missing. This bug has been fixed.
- In 1980s Mode or Custom Mode, missing posters would show the portraits of 202X Mode characters instead of 1980s/Custom characters. This bug has been fixed.
- If the player enabled “Custom Hair”, went to school, and then got a game over, their hair would turn invisible. This bug has been fixed.
- If the player enabled the “Censor Blood” option, blood spray would still appear when dismembering corpses. This bug has been fixed.
- If the player enabled Pose Mode and entered the Perform Animation submenu, the game would softlock. This bug has been fixed.
- There were errors in the Japanese text for the note that Ryoba leaves for Ayano. Those errors have been corrected.
- If the player enabled the “Censor Blood” option, blood would still appear on clothing. This bug has been fixed.
