What are Yandere Simulator mods?
Mods are alterations to the original Yandere Simulator game. The word MOD comes from modification. These modifications are made by and for fans, which is why they should not be taken as official.
The mods for the yandere simulator are used to see rivals like Osan Najimi, Oka Ruto, and Megami Saiko. Also to make our own stories and characters. As the game is currently under development, in the versions offered by its creator Yandere Dev you can see the game files, and therefore we can modify them.
How to put mods in Yandere Simulator
Because different users make mods for the game, the installations vary a lot. However, the main way to install a game is by replacing and adding new files.
It is important to mention that the creator of the mod provides you with all the components and files so that you can install his creation. He also provides you with a file called “Readme.txt” where he tells you where each file goes.
The components that are normally modified in-game are: Managed and JSON.
How to activate mods
The process is simple, but it is very important to look at which version works. This information is found on the download site and in the “Readme.txt” file. It is recommended to use WinRAR or 7zip because some files become incompatible with Winzip.
Once you have the correct version of the Yandere Simulator for the Mod, you download the file and place it in the root of the game.

It is important to give “Yes to all” when the system asks us if it replaces files.
