Oka is a transfer student who came to Akademi High School in the September of the current year, to start her second year of high school. Oka is one of the only students who know about the existence of the occult, and she is very interested in it.
Oka is a shy girl who is not very good at socializing. She is not very popular with the other students, and can often be seen reading books by herself during lunchtime. Oka is not very athletic and can be seen panting and sweating after running a short distance.
Oka is one of the few students who will accept a love confession from Yandere-chan. If Yandere-chan confesses her love to Oka, she will become Yandere-chan’s girlfriend.
If Yandere-chan breaks up with Oka, she will become heartbroken. Her eyes will become red and puffy, she will stop tying her hair in ponytails, her hair will become messy, and she will start wearing her school uniform in a disheveled manner. She will also start spending lunchtime alone, reading books.

Oka is a very calm and patient girl. She is also very tedious, and will always be seen reading a book if she has free time. Oka is polite to everyone, even her enemies.
Oka is very interested in the occult, and will often talk about it with other students. She knows a lot about the topic, and is always willing to share career knowledge with others.
Oka is also very clumsy, and is often seen tripping and dropping her things. Despite this, she is a very good sport, and will always laugh it off.
In the future, if Oka becomes the Head Student Council President, she will be a lot more strict with the rules. She will also be more serious, and will rarely crack jokes.
