As a dedicated fan of Yandere Simulator, I have a deep appreciation for the game's growth and potential. Creating a project of this magnitude, especially when it comes to mental health support, requires a lot of effort. It's interesting to see how the character Anna Nishikinomiya resembles Zero Two in certain aspects. Sometimes, it feels like the entire world is against you, and you're willing to confront your enemies at any cost. The game's protagonist leads a group of knights who protect the world from monsters, which are a combination of humans and animals.
To maintain a consistent upload schedule, the development of Yandere Sim went through a period of intense work from 2015 to 2017. During this time, the focus was on implementing new features quickly rather than writing clean and efficient code. Regular uploads to YouTube were prioritized. Players who prefer to rest at night in the game can also use their tracking abilities to gather information on adversaries and separate them from Sempai.
I genuinely care about the characters in the game and don't want them to die in combat, unlike Minecraft wolves that have robotic AI and are easy to breed. Marcus, the main character, faces numerous challenges but eventually tracks down the person who placed a bounty on his head and convinces him to withdraw it. Raiding this type of base is less common for non-aquatic factions, but when they do, they may utilize boats, submarines, scuba diving suits, and even potions of water breathing.
The goal is to develop a vaccine or cure for the virus present in the game. Whether the infected person is killed, captured, or cured depends on the player's choices. Others who willingly spread the virus should also be dealt with accordingly. Additionally, there is the option to falsely persuade others to consume bat soup as a “cure” for the virus. The game offers a wide range of possibilities, including becoming one with the virus itself.
Now, Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) has become one of my main interests. After watching several D&D videos, I even created my own character for the game. When designing the gang war mechanics in Yandere Sim, I took inspiration from the realistic and dynamic worlds found in games like D&D and The Sims. Making decisions is crucial in the gameplay experience.
Ranged attackers in the game gradually retreat when the player gets too close, similar to how it works in GTA San Andreas. To ensure the protagonist’s love interest only has eyes for him, he decides to kill her brother, despite her objections. Pizza is often seen as the ultimate social food, as it brings people together for enjoyable gatherings. Similarly, the gameplay mechanics I created for Hytale include assigning allies to defend a base, powerful mobs with unique resistances, and traps in enemy territories, which are similar to features in Middle-earth: Shadow of War.
Initially, I struggled to find examples from other games to draw inspiration from for this post, besides GTA San Andreas. The gang warfare system in that game was somewhat simplistic. However, Shadrok introduced me to Middle-earth: Shadow of War, which has surprisingly similar mechanics to the ones I envisioned for Hytale. These theories have gained attention from Kweebec Corner and Hytale News, who featured them in their own videos. Could Hytale become a disruptive technology in the gaming industry? Although there haven't been many official blog posts about Hytale, I have come to appreciate it more with time.
Shadrok has a keen eye and often notices details in official Hytale media that I overlook, even after multiple viewings. An underwater territory has similar characteristics to an underground base, but all 10 blocks between the surface and the territory must be water. Open regions below the surface that have a volume of more than 200 blocks and are at least 10 blocks deep may also be raided. Additionally, a sky base positioned 10 to 16 blocks above the surface can be attacked by ranged assailants unable to fly. This update will undoubtedly add a significant amount of replayability to the game.
