Yandere Sim, short for Yandere Simulator, is a video game that features a complex artificial intelligence system. In the game, the rivals have separate schedules and romantic events, making it challenging to eliminate them. The main character, Yandere-chan, has a goal to eliminate these rivals, but it becomes more difficult due to the elaborate challenges set up for them. To tackle this, Yandere-chan forms a student council with the top students in the school. Kuroko Kamenaga, the previous student council president, takes over the role while Megami Saikou, the current president, is away. The male student council uniform in the game includes a white blazer with a long tie instead of a bow tie, along with white pants. The student council members no longer react to Ayano's suspicious behavior and act more like normal students. The council's meeting room has been renovated and partially furnished. However, there is a concern about some unintelligent females being attracted to these rivals. The game also offers a special vision ability to avoid being detected.
Megami Saikou, the Student Council President in Yandere Simulator, strives for excellence in everything she does. She goes as far as ordering security cameras and metal detectors to be installed in the school. Each week, a new rival with a unique personality, features, and tactics appears in the game. These rivals are based on character archetypes commonly seen in Japanese fiction. Yandere Simulator offers various missions, each with more complex gameplay than the previous one. Playing as Hanako in the game provides a different and terrifying experience. The developer of Yandere Simulator maintains a low profile despite some public appearances at conventions. The game combines elements of stealth gameplay from the Hitman series with elements of a school community simulation in a creative and somewhat morbid way.
To play the game, press E, to exit the menu press Q, and use the up/down arrow keys to select the desired game. During her week in the game, Megami shows great care for the Student Council members and would even go against her own orders to protect them.
