Both Ayano and Budo, the college students in Yandere Sim, share some physical similarities, such as black hair and pale skin. However, they also have several differences. In the game, there is an object that provides useful information and weapons. The Newspaper Club students write papers for others to read, while the Gardening Club uses their designated area for club activities after school. The Info Club is a locked room where Info-chan stays during school hours, and it is off-limits to everyone else.
Why does Info-chan assist Ayano? If the player chooses to join the Martial Arts Club, Ayano and Budo become clubmates, but their relationship depends on the player's decisions. YandereDev has not revealed Info-chan's routine yet, but it is believed that she will be near Senpai or other students. Senpai is a term used for both genders and refers to a more experienced coworker in a workplace setting. Failing in Ayano's endeavors in Yandere Simulator results in an immediate Game Over, forcing the player to start over or load a previous save state. Peacefully eliminating a rival removes their persona. Ayano's goal is to eliminate her rival as quickly as possible, without considering the consequences. Failing to do so will result in Ayano's arrest and the end of the game. The Photography Club members will have lunch together, even if the atmosphere is below 80%.
Ayano, while in the club, can challenge any of the members to a match, including Budo, the club leader. Megami, the Student Council president, deeply cares about the other council members and would go against orders if they were harmed. The Drama Club members gather here in the morning before heading to the backstage area of the school's gymnasium.
Ayano can also challenge a club member to a match even if she's not part of the Martial Arts Club, but she cannot attend club meetings since she's not a member. In the 1980s mode, the main character Ryoba Aishi can choose to join any club she desires.
