In order to initiate the ritual, they need to acquire a ritual knife located on the Occult Club altar inside a skull. For the Pain Demon's Ritual, players must kill five NPCs with the ritual knife, dismember them, and then place their arms in a ring of candles in the Occult Clubroom. On a specific day, players need to wait for a certain character to put down their book and stretch before pushing it into the plaza fountain. However, it's important to note that summoning or activating the Ancient Evil is only possible after beating the demo by eliminating Osana and unlocking debug options.
