To forge a fake letter, the player must first steal a lengthy piece of writing from a faction and examine it daily for three in-game days, with each session taking 10 seconds in real-time. Destroying a Hypixel Studios base will prevent them from damaging the player's reputation within that zone for three in-game days. Completely eliminating all bases within a zone will permanently prevent reputation damage in that area. However, Hypixel Studios can only influence the player's reputation in the current zone. This means that if the player is in zone 1, the Kweebecs, Trorks, and other factions in that zone will be affected, while in zone 2, the Ferans, Scaraks, and so on will be affected. This design choice promotes fast-paced gameplay, discouraging turtling strategies. If the player's reputation with various factions becomes severely negative, they risk being attacked by a massive force from one faction. This can have severe consequences for their overall reputation within the Hytale community. Additionally, the presence of Hypixel Studios members or their bases will raise suspicions and make them wary of the player's intentions, especially if the player has green hair like LT.
To gain access to a Hypixel Studios member's base, the player must first become “best friends” with a faction. Only then can the faction reveal the location of a Hypixel Studios base. It's worth noting that Hypixel Studios, despite wanting to eliminate Midori and her friends, are aware that they are part of a game and do not want to spoil the player's experience by using admin commands like /kill and /ban. Yanderes, unlike Tsunderes, have a higher chance of entering into a romantic relationship with the person they are interested in. In order to capture Varyn, the player and Midori must have friendly reputations with at least five factions. This will enable Midori to transform into a powerful magical girl capable of capturing Varyn. Some Hypixel Studios members leave behind clues of their whereabouts, similar to sniffing Midori's leftover food with a dog. These clues can be used for scouting purposes.
There is a variety of clubs available in the game, including Cooking, Drama, Occult, Art, and Gardening. Players can select their desired club by choosing the corresponding portrait in the selection screen and leaving a note in the locker indicated by a big red arrow.
In the October 24th, 2022 Build, if the player activates the time skip feature while being followed by a student, the student will complain about the player spacing out and eventually leave.
